Wayne Dixon, Jr is an author, entrepreneur, and youth motivational speaker.  Wayne specializes in helping individuals, non-profit organizations, and business entities reach and exceed their goals.

As a child, Wayne always had dreams of becoming successful but like most kids, he did not have the guidance or direction.   Wayne fully understands how difficult, confusing, and challenging life can be, but through prayer and self-confidence anyone can achieve success.  

Now, Wayne is passionate about helping the youth reach and exceed their ultimate level of success.  He has written and self-published his first book, "Blueprint of Success".
